  I was personally very offended with the treatment I received when I told the staff that my milkshake float tasted funny I left unsatisfied with my experience. Oh and how could I for get the poor excuse-for-a-milkshake they gave me when I returned the first one. And I could never forget the death stare I received when I first complained. It made me felt scared to drink the second pathetic milkshake I got, honestly it looked like it was made by a two year old. Yikes! It's as if people have actual unique taste buds and preferences. Incredible! Am I right.

  Absolutely appalling service, made a complaint about my order girl outright called me a liar and nothing she could do eventually horrible man said he would replace it then when they finally brought it over I got up to leave as couldn't trust anything and they all stood there staring and laughing man was asking me do I want it as take out why on earth would I want a waffle with ice cream to take out so &12 wasted didn't even get a recipe would never ever go to this dump again the staff make you feel like a piece of diet how utterly appalling they should all go back to wherever they came from and get out of this country go have their rudeness where they belong because this is England and you should be nice not jumped up idiots
